Equitybee is looking for its first-ever senior brand designer, who will focus on taking our illustrated visual language to the next level. You will be a key player in creating a global fintech brand that’s becoming a go-to tool for every start-up employee. Our ideal candidate will possess both Illustration and design skills, with a passion for typography, colors, and swag design. You will work closely with our motion graphics team and report directly to our head of creative marketing.

• Own brand design projects A-Z dealing with brand identity, digital assets, interface and interaction design work.
• Enrich and develop our brand’s language with smart, loveable illustrations.
• Tell compelling visual stories for social media, ad banners and videos.
• Build and update marketing assets that overwhelm and engage our potential users and employees.
• Construct creative concepts and communicate them in a clear way.
• Designing a wide range of projects across multiple digital platforms (Website, Social Media, Newsletters, Ads etc.).
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approaches.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a branding agency.
• Strong illustration skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Adobe CC and Figma - Must.
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills.
• Very good English.
• After-effects animation skill - Advantage.
