Skills

  • Ability to manage complex accounts

Responsibilities

  • Own client renewals and retention targets.
  • Be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Drive feature adoption and create strategic success plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships for advocacy and feedback.
  • Provide education and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point and mentor for junior colleagues.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
