Customer Success Manager II, Enterprise

Braze is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager II to support enterprise-level clients while driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will play a key role in managing relationships and helping clients leverage Braze's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own client renewals and retention targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive feature adoption and create shared Success Plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive advocacy.
  • Analyze customer product usage for opportunities and risks.
  • Facilitate collaboration with technical and other support teams.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
