People Solutions Generalist
Braze is seeking a People Solutions Generalist to enhance employee experience and drive change in the People team across AMER and LATAM regions.

Responsibilities
- Administer aspects of the employee lifecycle focusing on experience and compliance.
- Support implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Assist in developing and revamping employee programs.
- Manage complex global mobility and immigration cases.
- Ensure compliance by managing annual required training.
- Assist in employee-facing training sessions.
- Manage relationships with Employer of Record.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations within Shared Services.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
