Senior Benefits Analyst

Braze is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Benefits Team within People Operations. This role focuses on administering benefits programs in the US and Canada and requires strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as AMER benefits liaison
  • Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Assist with compliance efforts related to employee benefits
  • Support the preparation and filing of benefits-related reports
  • Identify and analyze gaps in current offerings
  • Develop and execute communication plans for program launches
  • Work closely with the HRIS team
  • Document administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
  • Conduct benchmark analysis for competitive benefits
  • Complete regular audits for employee coverage
  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
