During the Operations Analyst - Rotational Program at Brex, you will work on core projects that focus on key data insights, process implementation, and significant process improvements. You will have the chance to challenge existing approaches and present your findings to your peers and Brex executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

The Operations Analyst - Rotational Program role is based in our São Paulo office. Candidates should be prepared to work in the office at least two days a week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting September 1, 2025. Additionally, employees in this role can enjoy flexibility with the option to work remotely for up to four weeks per year.
