About the role
Brighty is excited to present an opportunity for you to join our team as an Events Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our esteemed clients' projects across North America and Europe. Working closely with our clients' hospitality group, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of their events, from planning to execution. Some of what you will do:
* Collaborate closely with our clients' events team to plan and execute memorable events across various locations in North America and Europe.
* Serve as the main point of contact for our clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely coordination throughout the event planning process.
* Assist with all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite coordination, to ensure flawless execution on event day.
* Manage event registrations and guest lists, providing support to attendees and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
* Support event marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and promotions, to maximize attendance and engagement.
* Provide onsite support during events, overseeing setup, managing staff, and addressing any last-minute details to ensure a smooth and successful event.
What will help you be successful:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or operations, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.
* Flexibility to travel as needed for events across North America and Europe.
