As the Senior Product Manager for Access, with a focus on Enterprise and new GTM segments, you will own the product vision, prioritization, and execution that enables us to partner with the largest employers, health plans, resellers, partnerships, and other healthcare organizations in service of our members. You and your partner teams will design the external integrations that allow us to re-invent a broader healthcare operating system, that we know is failing families and our members today. This role will lead excellent product development in support of our go to market teams, to enable strong client relationships and maximize the number of members that can receive Brightline services at a subsidized cost.
Reporting to the Principal Product Manager who leads our Access team, you will be a part of Brightline’s broader Strategy & Product function. You will collaborate closely with Implementation, Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product partners in setting the Access team roadmap, planning and analyzing experiments, and influencing cross-functional decision-making. In this highly visible role, you will own critical business metrics related to new launches, client renewals, and sales and marketing enablement. You will navigate a fast-paced growth environment with flexibility as you help deliver a scalable growth model for Brightline.
Prioritize and communicate the Access team roadmap: Partner with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify the set of features and configurations required to launch new clients, improve transparency, speed, and accuracy across our go to market teams and functions, and enable growth. Examples include developing optimal solutions to enable growth marketing, eligibility confirmation, pricing evolution, billing workflows, care operations, and reporting, among other areas critical to our platform.
Lead end-to-end product development: Steer new products from ideation through QA to launch and post-launch monitoring/iteration, with relentless focus on execution and quality. Leverage strong program management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives on time. Partner with other Product teams to understand implications of new client builds across all of product roadmaps.
Craft new product concepts and validate continuously: Ideate unexpected solutions and seek feedback from our clients to support what they need and love.
Support our contract and billing infrastructure: Manage the setup and organization of our multi-channel partners, and varying billing models.
Enable performance tracking: Assist in establishing KPIs and metrics to measure product performance, tracking progress against goals, and identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct market research and stay up to speed on industry trends: Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the B2B digital health space, providing insights to inform product decisions. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the digital health space, contributing insights and ideas to the broader team.
You are excited about our vision to redefine behavioral health for children and their families.
You have a minimum of 3+ years leading product management, consulting, or technical program management for healthcare enterprise products, ideally with experience working with or for healthcare provider organizations.
You have a proven track record and a genuine interest in excelling in technically complex product environments in close partnership with the engineering team.
You have demonstrated experience deploying a systematic approach to project management and solutioning, that inspires confidence that we can support Brightline’s growth.
You have exceptional skills in collaboration with internal and external teams and partners.
You have outstanding written and verbal communication to influence and inspire teammates at all levels of the company.

At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $110,00 to $165,000. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
