As Brightseed’s Marketing Operations Analyst, your role entails integrating and optimizing sales and marketing platforms like HubSpot (CRM) and Contentful (CMS) under the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Insights. Your primary objective is to streamline digital sales and marketing processes for data-driven decision-making and revenue growth. You'll also contribute to enhancing the Brightseed brand through traditional digital marketing methods such as social media and email campaigns. Leveraging your analytical skills and experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization, you'll empower sales and marketing teams to make informed decisions swiftly, amid the company's rapid growth phase. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for implementing and refining projects and processes related to sales, marketing, customer insights, and market intelligence.
