• Scrum Framework (Model, Events, Roles, Artifacts), Kanban Framework (Model, Events, Roles, Artifacts)

• Agile Scaling Framework: Scrum Master

• Lead and manage agile teams in delivering high-quality products
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are time-boxed and effective.
• Mentor team members on Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices.
• Foster self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure the project stays on track.
• Act as a liaison between the Scrum team, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across all team members and departments.
• Ensure the team’s progress is visible and transparent to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the product owner to ensure that sprint goals align with business objectives
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and process optimization.
• Track and report on team metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
• Analyze metrics to provide insight into areas of improvement.
• Be able to do release planning and manage releases
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
• Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
