Job requirements- Lead and manage agile teams in delivering high-quality products
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are time-boxed and effective.
- Mentor team members on Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices.
- Foster self-organization and accountability within the team.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure the project stays on track.
- Act as a liaison between the Scrum team, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across all team members and departments.
- Ensure the team’s progress is visible and transparent to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product owner to ensure that sprint goals align with business objectives
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and process optimization.
- Track and report on team metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
- Analyze metrics to provide insight into areas of improvement.
- Be able to do release planning and manage releases
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
