Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. In this role, you will be working with other Product Managers who support our software-as-a-service (SaaS) website product suite which hosts over 25,000 financial advisor websites. You will be a key contributor in managing product priorities, backlog/ticket management and driving collaboration between business, engineering, and user experience teams.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site with onsite visits for training and collaboration.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day product management activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap execution
  • Drive continuous product improvement, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users to enhance the platform user experience
  • Work in close collaboration with engineering and UX teams to design user experience prototypes that are thoughtful and meet the needs of different user personas
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the smooth execution of product deliverables across various teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in financial services marketing technology
  • Participate and own release management activities including release coordination, ticket validation/testing, and division-wide communication regarding release activities
  • Coordinate internal and external product communications regarding product priorities, releases, and new features and enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and deliverables

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an matrixed Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and be vocal problem solver
  • Experience in content management systems and digital marketing technology is a plus
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
Bonus Eligible
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
