Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Materials Support team in our El Dorado Hills facility. This role is in our Customer Communications Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory levels on IC and ID commodities. In addition, the Inventory Analyst must build a strong relationship with the Production Operations, Finance and Vendors.

Schedule:
Work Shift is currently Monday – Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM.
Business needs may require additional scheduled workdays
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the Vendors to ensure inventory is maintained at defined min/max levels.
- You will work closely with the Production Maintenance team to provide needed parts from inventory following established procedures.
- You will work with Finance on any invoice discrepancies prior to payment.
Basic qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.
- Strong time management skills, and can take direction and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse group environment with various personality types to get the work done.
- A thorough attention to details and excellent follow up skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical/trade school.
- 1 to 2 years of experience with inventory management or related experience.
- Experience/understanding in ordering, budget and documentation.
