Source-to-Pay Process Design and Deployment Manager (Hybrid, flexible options)

The Director of Source-to-Pay Process Design and Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic procurement and sourcing functions within the organization while managing all financial operations. This includes accounting, credit and collection, internal auditing, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and SEC reporting. The role focuses on optimizing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the effective procurement of goods and services. This position requires an individual with comprehensive knowledge in sourcing, procurement processes, and financial management to enhance operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

• Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
• Conduct full development life cycle activities including user interviews, development of requirements documents, and creation of design specifications.
• Drive ongoing supplier optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and quality assurance.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through personal and collaborative work.
• Provide guidance to project teams using specialized technical expertise.
