Broker Relationship Manager

Essential Functions:

· High-volume recruiting of brokers and agencies

· Engage your team of insurance agents

· Effectively leading and coaching agents to meet or exceed sales goals

· Assist in developing operating plans for sales, recruiting and training

Job Requirements:

· Life and Health license

· Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage sales experience

· Recruit and maintain relationships with agencies and independent brokers

· Strong written/verbal communication skills

· College degree, preferred

Compensation:

This W2 employee position offers you the ability to create your own unlimited income potential in addition to a competitive compensation package including:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
