This includes performing market research, product positioning and pricing, establishing product definition for new products, developing and maintaining a comprehensive competitive database and support of sales training development for new products. Act as ‘voice of the customer’ regarding product application, sales, installation and services. Performance metrics: product line profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, new product launch schedule attainment.
