Korean Bilingual Accountant / Richardson, TX / Others / BTIHQ

General Position Purpose: Your role is managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department; monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements; establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.Essential Responsibilities•Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.•Collect, Confirm & Prepare monthly timesheet, and travel expense according to the travel policy.•Make travel expense reimbursement reports for Payroll to process bi-weekly.•Collect and track vendor invoices to prepare checks, resolve invoice discrepancies.•Make travel arrangement for employees.•Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.•Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups•Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.•Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies•Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors•Other job duties as assigned including: but not limited to, accounting principle and vendor research.Must have the following competencies:• Organizations Skills• Data Entry Skills• Ethical Practice (Corporate Responsibility, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality)• Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data• Attention to detail and accuracy• Communications skills• Korean/English Bilingual PreferredSupervisory Responsibility• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.Education and Work Experience Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.Why Work for Us?Established in 2006, continues to grow dramatically within the IT, telecommunications, Automotive and SCM industry.
