Regional Sales Director - Remote

Must have private lending construction finance experience**

We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team! We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director with deep knowledge of construction loans and a proven track record in business development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is highly organized and strategic in their approach to sales leadership.

Builders Capital is the nation's largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on originating construction loans.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our market presence and grow loan volume.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with builders, developers, real estate investors, and brokers.
  • Create, implement, and follow a comprehensive business plan aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, servicing, marketing, etc.) to ensure a seamless borrower experience.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to sales team members.
  • Stay current on market trends, lending regulations, and competitor activity.
  • Visionary Leadership: You should be a strategic leader capable of fostering and growing a high-performing sales team that specializes in originating construction loans.   • Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with job duties subject to change.
