As a Senior Manager at Bumble, your leadership and strategic influence will be pivotal in advancing our Talent Acquisition function, specifically the Marketing domain and particularly in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-tier talent. This role requires a dynamic leader who can not only drive the efficiency of the recruitment process but also innovate within the global talent landscape, ensuring we continue to secure high-quality candidates.


What you'll do 


Strategic Leadership
  • Be responsible for developing the overall talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term business goals. This includes workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the Team to ensure it meets organizational needs efficiently and effectively.


Team Management and Leadership
  • Managing TA team members, providing leadership, direction, and support. They ensure that the teams have the resources, training, and guidance needed to perform at a high level.
  • Focus on developing the skills and careers of TA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with ELT and SLT: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers across the organization to understand their talent needs and challenges. They act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and talent-related matters.
  • Work with other HR functions (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure a cohesive approach to talent management.


Process Optimization
  • Improve TA Processes: Driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and the quality of hires.


Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Utilize data and analytics to track Team performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. They use insights from data to refine strategies, improve processes, and address gaps in the talent pipeline.
  • Use predictive analytics to anticipate future hiring needs and plan accordingly, aligning the team's efforts with the company’s growth trajectory.


About you
  • Maintain extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of success in leadership hiring and global recruitment
  • Maintain an active Marketing network, with expertise in building global talent communities
  • Skilled in addressing complex challenges by delivering innovative, results-driven solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Creative problem-solver, capable of providing out-of-the-box solutions
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while ensuring close alignment with senior management and company goals
  • Demonstrated leadership presence, effectively guiding decisions and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional analytical skills, enabling the navigation of recruitment challenges and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in managing and executing large-scale projects, including process improvements, HR tech implementations, and change management initiatives


$160,000 - $175,000 a year
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, and Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
