Business Analyst (Battery Electric Vehicles - BEV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes.
• Provides input on solution and business requirement documents.
• Participates in project estimations.
• Supports implementation of process improvements, best practices, and high-quality solutions
• Provides system support for production issues by troubleshooting and recommending solutions.
• Performs organizational tasks regarding change control, incident management, and audit.
• Works with business analysts and customers to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation.
• Contributes to department process improvement activities.
• Help document and coordinate go-live activities.
• Participate in creating business process diagrams as necessary.
• Follow AGILE Processes
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Lean Belt Certified preferred.
• Previous engineering or manufacturing experience desired.
• 3+ years of related work experience in a business analyst position.
• Demonstrated experience in automotive engineering, especially in BEV (Battery EV).
• demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing within own team and business.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Server operating systems, and Office tools.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Keep attention to detail.
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven to be able to work well under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field required.
• Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field preferred.
