Effectively apply Agile methodology during the software development lifecycle and enforce project standards. ? Manage budget and maintain accurate cost and schedule forecasts. ? Subject matter expertise in Healthcare, Financial services, Supply Chain & Logistics. ? Develop and implement records management programs for filing. Protection and retrieval of records to assure compliance with state and federal laws. ? Conduct an organizational study and evaluate design systems and procedures. ? Conduct work simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. ? Review forms and reports and confer with the CEO and others about format, distribution and identify problems and improvements. ? Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to ascertain department functions, work performed, and methods, equipment and personnel used. ? Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems. Procedures and/or organizational changes. ? Prepare manuals reports and procedures according to organizational policy. Design, evaluate, recommend and approve changes of forms and reports. ? Design procedures such as organizational change, communications, information flow and methods.
