About the role


We are looking for a hungry go-getter as our Business Development Associate who is gritty and resilient in pursuing potential business relationships. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

  • Tactical in lead scraping and has a good nose for sniffing out opportunities for Rise
  • A growth driver who is excited about building and creating lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • A masterful communicator who can craft and design how we communicate our mission and value to partners
  • A self-starter! Our team is right here to work alongside you and we want to see you take on initiatives proactively.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Our goals are endless, and we need someone who is excited to be along for the ride!
  • Committed to working with a dedicated team full of dreamers who sometimes like to be goofy together



What you'll do:


  • Be Rise’s client magnet!
  • Qualify leads and generate demand for Rise
  • Design and monitor targeted omnichannel outreach to new prospects as well as our existing client base
  • Manage communication and build relationships with multiple customers in varying industries
  • Work cross-functionally with other members of our customer success and sales team and enable alignment between teams to maximize Rise’s ability to meet our customers’ expectations
  • Represent the best of Rise and communicate our mission effectively
