Responsibilities

Are you looking for a career change from retail or hospitality? Have you worked as a supervisor or manager in retail or hospitality and want to leverage your industry knowledge & experience to help us solve our customer's problems with simple and easy to use software? If so, get in touch!
Bizimply is a B2B software company that specialises in developing workforce management and HR software for the hospitality & retail industries. We’ve developed a killer product that manages the scheduling, time & attendance, shift management, HR & payroll headaches of busy businesses that have to juggle planning for, and managing, casual shift workers.

We're looking for candidates who have a background or solid understanding of retail and hospitality and now want to pivot their career to the tech industry and gain hands-on experience from the get-go. We want individuals who really understand our customers and the challenges they face. You will combine your industry experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and develop long-lasting relationships with prospective customers & manage your own sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent work experience
  • Positive attitude, problem solving capabilities and determination
  • Previous experience in a customer facing or hospitality roles is a bonus
  • Logical and clear communicator

RESPONSIBILITIES*
  • Understand our customer needs and apply Bizimply in a solution orientated way
  • Work with prospective customers to understand their business and operational challenges
  • Conduct remote and on-site demos and product pitches to key decision makers
  • Find and generate new leads
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle with support from our Dublin and UK sales teams
  • Be the voice of the customer for our Product team
