The Role:
The Marketing team at Imply is looking for a highly intelligent and versatile leader to own our Global Growth and Revenue Marketing function. This highly visible and business-critical role includes ownership of digital marketing, field marketing, event marketing, marketing operations, web marketing and all aspects of pipeline generation. This is a unique opportunity within the world of enterprise software, as it encompasses all aspects of pipeline generation within a high-growth, developer-focused, open-sourced based company. This is a high visibility role on the marketing leadership team with significant exposure to the overall Imply executive management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in open-source, developer-led business models, or the willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall pipeline generation and meet and exceeding pipeline generation goals
  • Manage and grow a global team of diverse, motivated and highly capable marketers focused on various aspects of pipeline generation
  • Build a strong partnership across the sales and marketing organizations to understand key drivers of pipeline generation
  • Regularly interface and report out results to the CMO and executive leadership

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B experience across a wide range of demand generation functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and grow highly successful teams
  • Ability to learn and adapt to a developer-focused, open-source based business model

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in open-source based and/or developer-focused B2B organizations

Individual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications aligned with Imply's internal levelings guidelines and benchmarks. The below range encompasses roles with on target earnings. This role is also eligible to participate in Imply's equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
Compensation: $204,000 - $330,000
