WebCreek is currently looking for a Business Development Manager who has at least five years of experience and excellent English communication skills.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends. This may include competitor analysis, customer surveys, focus groups, and market data analysis.
- Provide support to develop detailed sales business plans and explore innovative ideas to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet sales goals and quotas.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s services and procedures.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including finding leads and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Create company databases to gain potential leads using tools like Upload, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, and other tools.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to gain comprehensive insight into their needs and concerns and effectively communicate this information to our Talent Solutions team.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with the Talent Solutions and HR teams to ensure the availability of suitable bench candidates that meet our clients’ needs.
- Facilitate communication between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Develop preferred pricing and service models for strategic accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals, assist with contract signature, reporting, and invoicing.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, striving to understand their business and IT staffing needs.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop new business with existing clients to meet sales quotas.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales results and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Suggest improvements in the sales processes and guidelines that align with the company’s strategy.
- Participate in hiring processes as required and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Lead the Sales team, providing support to achieve goals and evaluating team performance.
- Stay informed about new features and product launches.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and a drive to seek new business.
- Experience working in the IT industry and a strong understanding of IT roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure and outstanding sales skills.
- Demonstrated track record in creating sales forecasts, identifying new areas of growth, accurately analyzing sales performance data, and generating reports.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Sales Navigator.
- Solid experience with Google Suite.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated initiative and good decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or greater rating on the Cambridge scale).
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.
- Additional training, certificates, or education in Sales and Marketing is a plus.
