A Business Development Representative (BDR) works with customers to define their goals and ensure they are connected to the appropriate sales team for the BatchService product/s of interest. As a BDR, you will generate sales leads with new and existing customers by understanding how the BatchService product suite fits the customer’s business needs. You must be motivated, detail-oriented, and curious. The BDR will work with Account Executives and Account Managers to refer prospects and customers for upsell opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
Minimum of one year of related experience in sales, customer service or relevant role in the industry
Able to multitask while efficiently managing priorities
