We have recently partnered with Click&Boat, the leading European boat rental platform and a fast-growing company expanding in the United States markets. Together we will make boating accessible around the world, provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals, and get the world out on the water.


About The Role

As a Business Development Representative for our Click&Boat division will recruit our future U.S. suppliers, analyze their business needs and then work with them to grow their sales performance. You'd need a good knowledge of the B2B sales processes, are equipped with a strong analytical mind-set and have excellent relationship building skills. You will be able to identify and onboard our future partners with the strongest business potential and help grow our existing partners to achieve growth targets.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze competitor inventory, identify suppliers with the highest potential for the US Click&Boat platform and then convince them to partner with us.
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads and general prospecting. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop one’s own opportunities.
  • Pitch the Click&Boat proposition to new suppliers by phone (and on occasion face to face) and secure best business conditions to ensure the highest chance of success.
  • Negotiate the best business terms with suppliers including commercial terms, commission, etc.
  • Manage completely the integration of your portfolio of new and existing suppliers and be required to monitor the business performance of your accounts in their first days on the platform.


What You Should Have

  • 3+ years of work experience as a business developer or inside sales role
  • You are passionate about selling and the world of marketplaces.
  • You have a good knowledge of B2B sales process and sales strategies.
  • Autonomous, business driven, strong rigor in the workplace.
  • Ease at pitching and negotiating commercial terms with business owners and senior leadership.
