A Business Development Representative (BDR) is required to assist with lead generation for the Global Sales team to help build a robust sales pipeline. Working within the sales organization, this individual will work closely alongside Marketing to progress engaged prospects by generating introductory calls for regional AEs, which ultimately convert to opportunities. Leveraging their existing skills, the BDR will optimize our tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify key prospects in target accounts for cadence outreach (via SalesLoft) to create Discovery Calls.
Success in this role will be based on the individual’s skills in effective prospecting, persuasive email communications and rigid discipline in timely and continuous outreach. As a key contributor to the Sales Team, the BDR will be tasked and judged based on the following metrics:
