Engineer - DevOps

Job Grade: Individual Contributing Engineer 2 (IC2)

Responsibilities
Create / Maintain Kubernetes clusters
Create / Maintain / Deploy helm charts for internal applications
Monitor / Update / Work On assigned tickets from Engineering teams
Maintain / Troubleshoot automation and management scripts (Python, Bash,
Ansible)
Maintain / Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions)
Create / Maintain / Troubleshoot VPN Access Control Lists using Tailscale
Create / Maintain / Troubleshoot DNS Records using OctoDNS (yaml)
Create / Maintain / Troubleshoot internal monitoring systems (Prometheus)
Create / Maintain / Troubleshoot cloud servers (ensure maximum uptime/stability)
Create / Maintain documentation for the above systems
Provide Tier 2 support for Professional Services team

Technical Requirements
2+ years experience with RHEL or Debian based OS
1+ years experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet (Ansbile preferred)
1+ years experience with running Docker containers
Experience with Prometheus
Experience with Bash and Python
Experience with cloud providers AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS preferred)
Experience with GitHub or GitLab (GitHub Preferred)
Engineer - DevOps 2
Experience with CI/CD Systems (GitHub Actions preferred)
Experience with Git version control system

Optional Requirements
Experience with Test Rails.

Ability to meet 70% of the requirements of the next level.
