What We Are Looking For
The Business Operations Analyst will conduct complex analysis, provides actionable insights, and make recommendations to maximize the value of our processes, reporting, and metrics with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for developing efficient tools and processes in Business Operations, using multiple systems, to support effective business decision making at all levels of the organization that directly link to the key performance metrics to achieve revenue goals. This position will collaborate with all levels of management within the organization globally.
What You Will Do
  • Integrate complex data from multiple sources on an ad hoc basis
  • Query data and build reports to support data-driven metrics and analysis
  • Utilize data audit techniques to maintain and improve data quality
  • Independently gather, analyze and interpret data while providing in depth insights using reasoning and justification to make formal recommendations to management (SIP, Named Accounts, CRM, POS)
  • Take lead role in developing, managing and supporting data requirements for SIP, CRM, POS, and Named Accounts
  • Take lead role in designing, configuring, maintaining and improving required systems (systems include Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Xactly, Oracle, Advanced Excel skills (macros), Model N POS platform, Robotics)
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and understand key business objectives, scope, priorities, and recommend actions and strategies to achieve those goals
  • Collaborate cross functionally on projects with internal and external resources
  • Provide input into potential process improvements for tasks and processes
  • Enhance individual skills and deepens understanding of supported systems and processes through formal and informal training regimens
What You Will Bring
Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Experience:
  • 1-4 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of numerical analysis and reporting – including compiling, calculating, and analyzing numbers
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and a reporting software (Business Objects is preferred)
  • Experience supporting and interacting with a diverse commercial team
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization to effectively represent topics
  • SIP – Experience working with an Incentive Compensation Management system is desired as well as SIP administration and strategy experience
  • CRM – Experience with supporting, reporting, and developing dashboards within a CRM platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
