We’re looking for a figure-it-out operational swiss army knife to join our Card team as Business Operations Manager, Card to help us sustainably scale our program.
ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
In your first quarter, you will learn the business model, industry, partners and major upcoming milestones for our growth. You’ll support regular operational reviews and partner accountability check-ins. By the end of the first quarter, you’ll add to the leadership conversation by digging into data to surface patterns, answer questions and challenge conventional wisdom.
In your first year, you will step in to lead, or help lead, major partnerships with unclear owners and/or significant cross-functional dependencies, supporting the scalable growth of the Card program.

Additional information: Salary range of $110,000-$150,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
