Job Title: Business Services Administrator

Location: Gaydon / Hybrid (First 2 -3 weeks 3-4 days in the office for training, then 1-2 days onsite)

Rate: £15.57 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £12.10 ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

To provide support to the Aftermarket Team, to assist in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes, through the application of business rules to transactions. The individual will be an active member of the team and be able to deliver timely and efficient administrative duties. They will need to be proactive in their delivery and should be adaptable in their working style to achieve a variety of tasks within the role.

Skills Required:

Excellent IT skills and particularly with Microsoft Office and be SAP proficient.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret data with consideration of functional priorities.
Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Required:

Some previous experience working in an administration role and a good track record of demonstrating logic and analytical thinking.
A good team-player who can work to predefined procedures.
An individual with the ability to prioritise their workload.
