Role
Business Services Associate is part of the Business Formation Services team who will be responsible for handling customer calls, and providing guidance on using the product, collaborate with the relevant internal teams and pass over the contacts to the core entity formation services team to pursue further.

You understand types of business incorporations, able to understand the requirements for setting up entity in US, willing to learn the technicality / practical aspects of entity formation

You have an inclination to stay updated on current / economic affairs, geographical topography of various locations in US / other countries.

You are willing to liaise and collaborate with relevant teams internally to equip yourself to be able to meet the expected performance levels

You're easy to talk to. You enjoy talking on the phone.

You use excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
Responsibilities

Learn multiple entity structures across various states. If you know what are the requirements of entity setups, you can understand the customer questions / queries better.

Attend to calls from the budding entrepreneurs and assist them in understanding our service offerings – customer might have questions along the length and breadth of our services.

Pass on the technical query to the core team that handles the entity formation related aspects

Present service offerings / product information to customers.

Maintain a clean and complete CRM.

Follow-up with leads who expressed interest but did not avail the services.

We offer some training, although we can't practically train you on everything. Self-initiative is a must.
