The mission of a Business/Data Analyst is to ensure data reliability, completeness, and consistency of the content within EBSCO’s Global Knowledge Base (GKB). The Business/Data Analyst will perform quality audits on the GKB by reviewing a random sampling of changes made by the on and off-shore E-Content Specialists for accuracy as well as reviewing customer reported Service Issues closed by E-Content Specialists for accuracy in the handling of the issue. Responsibilities also include determining methods for measuring the overall quality of the GKB and identifying areas of improvement in processes or procedures that would result in higher quality data in the GKB. The Business/Data Analyst will provide professional feedback and continuous training to the E-Content Specialists. This role also requires open communication with Management to determine business impact level for data quality errors and ensure guidelines and thresholds are being followed and met.

Target Annual Salary Range: $48,455 – $69,220. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
