About Us
Here at BusRight, we say that Product is our heart– so much so that our Product Team is home to one of our two cofounders (CPO), a founding team member (PM)... and soon, you! We are proud to be expanding this team for the first time with a high-impact, high-growth role.
We are seeking a dedicated, self-driven, transformative individual to help us bring modern technology to users of all levels of sophistication in education transportation through our innovative suite of mobile and web apps. As a Product Manager, you’ll play one of the most critical roles in our company. You’ll be the glue between the voice of the customer and our engineering team, ensuring that every step we take aligns with our mission and values.

About You
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
At BusRight, we believe that our Product team is truly the heartbeat of our company, and we're excited to invite a Senior Product Manager to join us in shaping the future of education transportation. In this pivotal role, you’ll connect with both our customers and our engineering team, ensuring that every decision made aligns with our mission to deliver modern technology for all users, no matter their level of sophistication. As you take the helm as our second full-time Product Manager, you’ll collaborate across departments like sales, design, and strategy, turning insights into actionable plans. You’ll dive deep into product engagement metrics and share compelling stories that highlight the value of what we create. Your day-to-day will involve defining the product roadmap, launching new features, and actively seeking feedback from users to refine our offerings. You'll be a cornerstone of our agile process, leading meetings that keep everyone aligned and energetic about our goals. Your hands-on approach may even see you writing proofs of concept and meeting customers on-site to gather invaluable insights. If you hold a degree in a related field, have 3-4 years of product management experience—especially in a startup environment—and have a passion for using technology to improve education, then you might just be the transformative individual we’ve been seeking. Join us at BusRight and help us craft products that resonate with our mission every step of the way!
