However, Sales orgs have bloated tech stacks ranging from 10 (sales org of ~25 people) to 50+ (sales org of ~250 people) different point solutions. Companies are looking to significantly simplify their tech stack and have it work for them instead of the other way around. Every sales tool claims to create an all-in-one revenue platform, but nobody is fulfilling that promilinkse.
This tech stack is costly and hinders sales productivity:
Productivity lost - when reps update CRM, it takes 2-4 hours / week through the help of UX tools
Revenue lost - CRM data is “garbage in, garbage out” and CRM’s data visualization / drill-down capabilities are very poor. Visibility into what’s working and what’s not is very low. This means no predictive or real-time insights to guide executives in decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re seeking a seasoned product builder with a T-shaped skill set: deep expertise in building complex products and broad capabilities to tackle diverse challenges. Backed by Khosla Ventures with $40M raised, this is your chance to drive transformation in the sales tech landscape.
As a product manager, you will
Own the Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy to achieve business goals.
Champion the customer: Gain deep insights into user needs through direct interaction, research, and data analysis.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality products..
Leverage AI: Drive AI-first solutions that create value and enhance user experience..
Be Data-Driven: Prioritize, measure success, and iterate using robust data analysis.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, products.
Product Leadership: A proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering results.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to work effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs; experience in AI-first products is a big plus.
User Empathy: Strong customer orientation with a knack for translating user needs into impactful solutions.
Data Savviness: Comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and using data to drive decisions.
Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, hit deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Startup Mindset: Self-starter with a bias for action, who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across diverse teams.
