Responsibilities

Supports the Complaint Program throughout the ByHeart supply chain
Tracks and trends product complaints and adverse events
Monitors Customer Electronic Systems
Maintains receipt and input of customer complaints
Organizes department activities and schedules
Collaborates with internal and external teams to resolve issues
Develops policies supporting compliance with industry standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in science
Two years of experience in Food or Pharmaceutical Industry
