Develop and execute the overall product strategy for digital payment solutions, in line with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to drive product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and finance, to ensure timely and successful product launches. Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, including creating product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and overseeing product testing. Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital payments and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify potential partnerships and opportunities for growth. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital payment product, and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Manage and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with other teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations. Stay informed of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, and ensure that the digital payment products adhere to these standards. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote and showcase the digital payment products. Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
