Are you ready to elevate your career as a Business Development Manager at C.A. Carlin, where we take brands to new heights? Based remotely but with a strong connection to the Milwaukee area, you'll be joining one of the industry’s leading privately held sales agencies, known for building brand value in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector since 1962. In this role, you'll directly report to the SVP of Grocery, and your main focus will be maximizing sales performance and financial goals for our clients, which include top grocery retailers like Certco, Woodman’s, C&S Piggly Wiggly, and Skogen’s Festival. Your mission will be to drive results, working collaboratively with other Business Development Managers to implement client strategies effectively. Expect to travel about 20% of the time for client sales meetings and industry events such as the Sweets & Snacks Expo and Expo West. We're looking for someone with at least five years of sales experience in the Wisconsin retail market who can strategically navigate the complexities of grocery sales.
