Campaign Lab is a community of politically-minded progressive data scientists, researchers and campaigners working together to improve the way we analyse and understand campaigning. What the role involves
In this role, you'll work under the Research Programme Manager and alongside our analyst to implement and support a programme of testing and research focused on campaign innovation, conducting statistical analysis and managing data collection for various campaign experiments.

As a Research Officer at Campaign Lab, you'll be stepping into an exciting role where your passion for data and progressive activism can shine. Based in London or working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to blend home and office environments, as long as you can commit to being in London at least eight days a month. With a full-time schedule that may require some evening and weekend work, this position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata. You'll be working under the guidance of the Research Programme Manager and collaborating closely with our analysts to support a cutting-edge research program focused on campaign innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include designing research studies, conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and creating tools for data collection. Whether you're performing literature reviews, maintaining databases, or presenting findings to stakeholders, your contributions will directly impact how campaigns are executed across the progressive landscape. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of research methods and statistical expertise, preferably with experience in software such as R or Python.
