Capital Associate Program (CAP) – Summer Internship

CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management. The CAP Summer Internship is a highly selective 10-week program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As a summer associate, you’ll work on an independent project that addresses our current investment environment and/or strategies while receiving coaching and mentorship.

Who should apply?

December 2024 or Spring/Summer 2025 undergraduate or master’s students (non-MBA) are invited to apply. When we hire for CAP, we look for potential. We’re interested in:

Highly curious, analytical, and critical thinkers with demonstrated interest in investing.
Ability and ambition to learn quickly and grow from experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate well with others.

Timeline:

Due to a high number of applications, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We plan to host Super Day interviews in July for the US class and in October for Europe and Asia (dates may be subject to change).

Need work authorization? We may be able to obtain visas for CAP participants during the internship.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
