Human Resources Business Partner

As one of our HR Business Partners, you’ll play an integral role on the team that supports our American Fund Services Group (AFSG) to consult and influence the design and delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational design, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. As part of the HR Team for AFSG, you will help provide HR generalist support to our shareholder services client group in the west region (Irvine, California and San Antonio, Texas).

You’ll contribute to the line of businesses leadership team (directors and senior leaders). You will partner with others in on the AFSG HR team, HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop the talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence. Working across your designated business group, you’ll manage HR rollouts and projects that have a direct impact on the people component of our business strategy. To thrive in this role, you’ve spent time working various levels and locations in an HR generalist capacity and are able to influence others in key decision-making. You are team oriented and have the confidence and courage to add value.

You’re passionate about coaching, supporting and developing talent and have partnered with business leaders in developing high-performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $99,025-$158,440

‎

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $81,407-$130,251

‎

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
