As an Associate in Capco's 2025 Associate Talent Program, you’ll engage in various responsibilities including conducting data analysis, presenting project findings, and participating in client meetings. Applicants for Capco's Associate Talent Program must be pursuing a Business-focused Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a strong interest in financial services. Graduates expecting to complete their degree in 2025 or those with less than 1.5 years of experience are eligible. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and some knowledge of business/systems analysis will also be beneficial.

The intensive two-week training at Capco’s Associate Talent Program equips you with crucial consulting skills, such as personal branding, strategic client engagement, and foundational knowledge in business methodologies. This ensures you are ready to tackle real client projects immediately after training.

Capco’s Associate Talent Program offers structured mentoring through a Coach, who is an experienced consultant guiding your professional development, and a Buddy, who helps you acclimate to Capco's culture, ensuring you have the support you need to excel.

At Capco, the work environment is dynamic and supportive, fostering collaboration and innovation. Associates work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days in the office each week, allowing for an engaging team dynamic while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
