Principal Consultant - Capital Markets

Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in Capital Markets to lead projects and drive business opportunities for leading clients in the Financial Services industry.

Skills

8+ years of consulting experience in Capital Markets and Securities
Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle and post-trade processes
Experience with project-oriented Change Management and Business Development
Comprehensive knowledge of different types of financial products
Analytical ability to evaluate and solve complex problems
Stakeholder management and advisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team leadership and development experience

Responsibilities

Lead a team of consultants and experts on client engagements
Prepare and present clear and concise reports to clients
Maintain effective relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
Plan and execute projects as necessary
Stay aware of market trends and present insights to client leadership
Pursue opportunities for expertise development and innovation within the Capital Markets team
