Position and contextCapgemini BSv Business Risk Management (BRM) is looking to appoint a lead in the Americas to take responsibility for the BRM pre-sales process of BPO outsourcing deals in this key market.Winning new business in an increasingly competitive market is critical to BSv's ambitions and success in continuing to deliver profitable and sustainable growth. In this context, this BRM role will involve actively engaging with pursuit and delivery teams, and contributing to developing compelling proposals, ensuring the level or risk is understood, captured, and properly managed throughout the bid cycle. The role should be regarded as a trusted adviser to top management and pursuit teams, contributing innovation, insight, and creative problem resolution.The role requires working harmoniously and collaboratively with various communities, including global BRM, sales leads, and solution and bid management communities, plus selective direct engagement with clients to support closing deals and resolving key issues.Position ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing end-to-end risk reviews for opportunities of varying size and complexity across the globe. You will:• Take a lead role in Opportunity Qualifications and other reviews as per the BSv Deal Review Process• Reviewing the documents and assessing potential risks discovered• Providing consolidated, comprehensive, and independent risk analysis• Working harmoniously and collaboratively with the BSv Bid Management Community to ensure structured deal reviews (proposal reviews) are organized and Leaders’ views and approvals are recorded• Working with pursuit teams to ensure the outcome of reviews and risks are adequately addressed in our proposals and advising on contract negotiation matters• Take a lead in special projects• Supporting update of BSv internal process documents and policies• Escalate issues to BSv GBL BRM Head as appropriate.Required skills• Strong commercial skills in both deal financials and contracting• BRM or other relevant experience in pre-sales, delivery• Sound knowledge of risk management fundamentals including risk identification, assessment/analysis, and treatment/mitigation (either in a BRM or a delivery role)• Ability to determine, present, and maintain a constructive and independent view• Analytical and synthesis skills• Confidence and ability to challenge/question top management on deals and provide guidance• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal• Be able to work under pressure and be flexible on hours given the global nature of the role.lLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
