Remote - East Coast Preferred - (travel to VA 1 week a month)

Enterprise Delivery Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Point of contact for clients to provide technical solutions, problem resolution, escalation of issues.

Manage Delivery of Digital Transformations, Data Migrations, Upgrades, and / or Implementations of 3DX / 3DExperience, Delmia / Apriso, Blue Yonder, Biovia (LIMs, ELN, LIN, Engenuity), and SAP. Main emphasis is with 3DX.

Responsible for Delivery quality & client satisfaction of a client or portfolio of clients
Develop delivery transformation with additional value and commitment on programs and increasing off-shore ratios
Situationally responsible for the overall delivery profitability and productivity of a specific engagement
Will utilize excellent Communication, Reporting skills and Customer Management experience to interface with Clients.

Build rapport and use successes to grow their accounts.

Delivery will be done mainly using Agile, but could utilize hybrid model

Required Skills:
5-10 years’ experience in PLM Delivery - Digital Transformations, Data Migrations, Upgrades, and / or Implementations.

3-5 years’ experience with 3DX / 3DExperience and Delmia / Apriso digital transformations (main emphasis)

Experience with any of the following is desired: Blue Yonder, Biovia, or SAP.

5+ years’ experience working for a Consulting Firm
5+ years’ experience various delivery models SAFE-Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Model
5+ years’ experience managing multi-vendor environment (onshore and offshore)

Strong communication skills

This position requires someone with a difference maker attitude, must be willing to actively build this account and then take on additional accounts.

Desired Skills:

3-5 years’ Experience and functional knowledge of CPG industry and identifying customer challenges (Food and Beverage, Lifesciences / Pharma)
