We are looking for a Hardware Lab Test Engineer to perform various testing activities, assist in setting up lab workbenches, and support data collection and debug activities for product groups. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with lab equipment and assist in testing, troubleshooting, and reporting results.Key Responsibilities• Conduct data collection activities for multiple product groups.• Perform minor assembly, rework, and modifications on hardware.• Set up and equip lab workbenches with necessary equipment.• Set up probe and final test equipment, assisting Test Engineers with program debugging.• Execute functional test cases and operate thermal chambers for testing.• Review and report test results to engineering teams.• Manage movement and lifting of equipment within the hardware lab.Required Skills• 5+ years of related work experience in a technical or engineering environment.• Proficiency with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Logic Analyzers, Power Supplies, Digital Multi-Meters, and Thermal Forcing Units.• Experience setting up test benches and device under test (DUT) configurations.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Effective team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.Preferred Skills• Field experience with hardware lab testing.• Equipment handling in a lab environment (movement and lifting).• Experience operating thermal chambers and working in a high-paced test lab.Skill Summary• Lab Equipment: Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Logic Analyzers, Power Supplies, Digital Multi-Meters, Thermal Forcing Units.• Test Setup & Debugging: Probe setup, Test program debugging.• Lab Support: Equipment movement, Bench setup, Test case execution.• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.• Communication: Team collaboration, Reporting, DocumentationThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
