When can you start?Position Summary:Responsible for assessing the overall cyber security program's effectiveness and addressing weaknesses to reduce the risk to intellectual property in an automotive manufacturing environment.Essential Functions:• Overall management of the development and implementation of Cyber initiatives, programs, and projects.• Development of the long-term Cyber Programs and initiatives across the HMMA systems.• Management of consistent and objective performance of standards of accountability across HMMA and affiliates.• Development of presentations for cybersecurity auditors and leadership.• Short-term and long-term budget planning Operational and Capital budgets.• Ownership of security metrics; must be able to document and communicate to appropriate audiences.• Overall management of Cybersecurity training, education, and awareness program.• Prepare and deliver information security training, education, and awareness activities including KPIs, as appropriate.• Overall management of the security requirements for current and new technology implementations, data sharing agreements, and 3rd party access rights.• Overall development of security integration plans to protect existing infrastructure and to incorporate future solutions.• Overall design of action plans for policy creation and governance, system hardening, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and emerging cybersecurity threats.• Responsible for the development roadmap of security practices and technical security implementations.• Oversee the development of modern cybersecurity technology policies and standards, which are relevant and achievable HMMA and cloud environments.• Partner with key HMMA stakeholders across privacy, legal and technology to support the expansion efforts of the HMMA through assessment and remediation of Governance Risk Compliance related issues.• Oversee the security risk management process and vendor risk management process.• Oversee the security regulatory processes and communication to leadership of other departments.• Oversee the Identity and Access Management Operations service levels of other departments.• Responsible for the overall IAM Roadmap – People. Process and Technology.• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environment Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS requirements.• Meet all other requirements as assigned.Position Requirements:Education:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required• Advanced degree preferredRelated Experience:• 12 – 15 years of job related experience preferred• 10 years of cyber best experience desired• At least 5 years of experience of SOC or ISO27001 program implementationSkills/Knowledge• Word• Excel• PowerPointTraining/Certification:• Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Additional Information:Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekend, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime to overall responsibility.
