Front of House

We are looking for a Front of House to support our Corporate Services Team in New York.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guests are greeted and handled in a most professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure all guests are entered in the building portal
  • Work with the wider C&G team to provide coverage and ad hoc support
  • Set up/clear all meeting rooms at the start and end of the day
  • Ensure meeting rooms are always tidy and presentable and that guests are provided with refreshments
  • Set up video conferences as required
  • Ensure that pantry and café area are kept neat, clean and well stocked throughout the day
  • Run dishwashers as needed
  • Make coffee / replace water cooler jug as needed
  • Order groceries and pantry supplies weekly through various approved vendors
  • Unpack orders expeditiously and put away in an organized manner
  • Keep supply closets neat, organized and well-stocked
  • Distribute lunches upon arrival
  • Enter service requests for the office space into building portal
  • Distribute mail, and courier packages
  • Prepare and send out FedEx, ExpressMail, UPS, etc
  • Ensure all confidential office documents are shredded
  • Assist with ad-hoc printing, filing, archiving as and when required
  • Handle various errands – Post Office, Birthday Cake, Stationary, etc
  • Previous experience in Front of House, or similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
