ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - As a Scheduling Coordinator, your duties will include the following:

  • Cheerfully welcome and greet customers by phone and in-person - building a strong, loyal team
  • Foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers
  • Optimize a schedule that matches and carefully pairs each Client with a compatible Caregiver, based upon their individual needs and preferences
  • Creatively staff call-outs
  • Host New Hire Orientations as needed
  • Optimize and fill ALL open shifts daily to ensure zero open hours every week
  • Assist Caregivers with all inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
  • Manage and oversee time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments
  • Make sure Caregivers are prepared for shifts with new Clients (communicate Client Service Plan needs and personal preferences)
  • Willingness to take a rotating weekday after-hours shift as needed

  • Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
  • Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
