Join us and we can make a difference together.About this roleThis position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in data analysis, who leads initiatives to consolidate, visualize, report, and action operations focused data. Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets. Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities• Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, SAS)• Translation of key performance indicators into actionable reporting and metrics.• Proven experience as an analytics manager or data scientist.• Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports.• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE, Oracle)• Prepares and presents operations strategy, progress, and results.• Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.• Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.• Supports the development of new business growth strategies.Basic Qualifications• Bachelors’ Degree• 7+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations.Preferred Qualifications• Masters’ Degree• 5+ years of computer science, statistics, data management, and/or operations.• Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise. • Ability to influence, collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.  • High degree of independence • Problem solving attitude with focus on teamwork • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint) • Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute • Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment RSRCAR#LI-RemoteCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
